March Update for 2013 Troika Festival

Don't forget to start spreading the word to family and friends about this year's event-- May 24, 25, 26. It was wonderful to see so many visitors from out of town last year!! Please encourage those you know to mark their calendars and make the trip back to Erie again to take part in this full weekend of fun!

Please call Daria Devlin or the church office if you would like to help us in the planning and preparation of Troika.

BASKET AUCTION ITEMS STILL NEEDED!! Please consider one of the following:

  1. Donating a full basket of themed items valued at $100;
  2. Partnering with another family (or families) and work together to donate a basket valued at $100;
  3. Making a smaller donation of items and/or cash to help put together additional baskets;
  4. We would like to offer a special auction for a Basket of Cheer. Please consider donating a top-quality bottle of wine or vodka for this auction item. Look for interesting bottles or pick your favorite variety to add to this unique auction basket. Tickets for this item will be sold separately from the rest of the basket raffle.

Please contact the church  office for more information on the basket raffle. All donations can be dropped off at the Community Center during business hours. Don't wait until the last minute!! If possible, we would like to have all auction items planned and purchased by the beginning of May.
